Creative Direction

My work at The Metropolitan Museum of Art includes creative direction and production for Primers — interactive features that highlight key themes from exhibitions and the permanent collection. More notably, I led the creative direction for Alice Neel's New York.

Audio

My work in audio includes exhibition audio guides, including one on Native American art and another on Pacific artists and poets. I also helped produce The Met’s first podcast-style audio feature, which included interviews with artists such as Jordan Casteel and Miguel Luciano. Outside The Met, I am developing a Spanish-language podcast that seeks to enhance the voices of Latin American artists.

Editorial

I’ve conducted foreign-language interviews with artists and museum directors, led museum-wide cultural heritage programming, and edited essays for publication in Perspectives and Timeline of Art History.

Web

I strategize layouts, visual assets, and promotional copy for webpages. I’ve produced exhibition listings, Close Looks, and various landing pages across the Metropolitan Museum’s website, as well as managed updates to the museum’s Spotify and Youtube accounts.

Writing

My essays on art and culture can be found on TheGuide.Art, Esquire Magazine, and The Metropolitan Museum of Art. My short fiction can be found in literary magazines such as The Whitewall Review, Leon Literary Review, Popshot Quarterly, and la piccoletta barca, among others.

Research

I am currently pursuing a masters degree in Material Culture, Design History, and Decorative Arts at the Bard Graduate Center. My research interests include ecology, modern Latin American design, and the material culture of oppression and resistance.
